Welcome

Logokinesis welcomes you to its new Web site!
Logokinesis is a word coined by Nicola Conraths-Lange during her years as a graduate student. Logos and kinesis are words of Greek origin: the former, logos, refers to the study of verbal communication, thought and mental awareness; the latter, kinesis, is the study of movement, physical and spiritual. Merging these two entities is the goal of all Logokinesis projects and endeavors.

We work with performance, visual, graphic, and sculpture artists, writers, body workers, and, of course, Pilates and dance teachers to create community and understanding though collaboration.
