This CD features many of the most famous female ballet variations from Swan Lake to Bluebird, Le Corsaire and Sleeping Beauty with a special twist! You can pick the speed you need - so learning can be incremental instead of frustrating.

Who We Are and What We Do
Logokinesis publishing was founded in 2003 by Nicola Conraths-Lange and Jens Lange. We are an independent publisher focusing on the interests and needs of the Pilates and dance communities. We self finance all of our publishing projects and have control over every step of the process: writing, research, layout, printing, and marketing. Our shipping headquarters are in our basement, and we pack and process every book single-handedly, answer emails, and make note of every comment (good or bad) that comes our way from readers like you!
We are proud of our tell it like it is policy and accept no funding from companies or organizations described in our books.
