Nicola Conraths-Lange, MA, ISTD, STOTT Pilates
Nicola owns Pilates Space and is adjunct professor at Wayne State University for Ballet and Pilates. She is a regular presenter at national and international Dance Medicine and Pilates conferences and authored two books, "Survival Skills for Pilates Teachers" and "Pilates Space".
Tamara Aprea
Tamara is a Certified Kirplau Yoga and Pilates instructor. She received a Bachelor in Science from Eastern Michigan University and is currently working on a Masters in holistic Nutrition and Natural Health Counseling.
Carolyne Anthony
Carolyne was first introduced to Pilates in the early '80s while a professional dancer in London. For the past twelve years, Carolyne has concentrated on training pregnant and post partum women traveling extensively training teachers in her method. She is the owner of The Center For Women's Fitness and is certified by PhysicalMind, AEA, AFAA and Yamuna Bodyrolling.
Barbara Bassett
Barbara is an Ann Arbor native whose fitness and movement background started in ballet. After receiving a B.A. in communications from the University of Michigan and pursuing a career in media, she returned to her original love of movement and became a fitness instructor (certified by ACE, AFAA) and a personal trainer (also ACE certification). Barbara earned certifications by Stott Pilates and CoreGrace.
Donna Gambino, P. T., C.P.I
Donna has been a physical therapist for 20 years specializing in the treatment of sports medicine and orthopedic injuries. She has experience with Cardiac Rehab, helping patients getting back to their normal cardiovascular fitness. Donna received her Pilates training from the Professional Health and Fitness Institute. She also maintains a certification from the International Weight Lifting Association.
Aimee McDonald
Aimee McDonald owns The Movement Center in Ann Arbor and is certified in STOTT Pilates, GYROTONICR, and GYROKINESISR. She received her BFA in Dance from the University of Michigan and is the founder of Terpsichore's Kitchen.
