Nicola owns Pilates Space and is on faculty full time at the Interlochen Arts Academy. She has taught at the University of Michigan and Wayne State University and is a regular presenter at national and international Dance Medicine and Pilates conferences. Niki has a knack for teaching the senior population (70 & 80++) as well as working with people who have lower back conditions. She also teaches dance students from Canada's National Ballet School and most husbands of her wonderful female clients! Niki also authored two books, "Survival Skills for Pilates Teachers" and "Pilates Space".

Tamara is a certified Pilates instructor for mat and apparatus. She trained in many different Pilates techniques including Stott® Pilates and Core Grace. Tamara holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Dance/Movement Therapy and certifications in Kripalu and Pre/Post Natal Yoga. She has been a dancer for over 18 years and a Pilates and Yoga practitioner 8 years. She is currently working on her professional level yoga therapy instructor at Kriplau Center for Yoga and Health in Massachusetts.

Eryn owns Body Soul Massage and stems from a family of healers. She is a certified massage therapist and Reiki practitioner and also performs foot Reflexology. Many of Pilates Space clients' work with Eryn on a regular basis giving us the opportunity to create synergy between workout and bodywork.
