The Pilates Podcast has finally arrived! Pilates instructor and Reiki practitioner Heidi Miller has created the first Pilates Podcast website for our community. The show is called Beyond the Movement and it addresses many topics that affect Pilates teachers as well as covering information about its history, discussing exercises and offering teaching tips.
